This is my second tattoo. A Michelangelo Popsicle on my left forearm. As a kid growing up Mikey was always my favorite, he is THE “party dude”! And I knew I wanted this as a tattoo to not only celebrate my love for the turtles but my childhood favorite treat too. My artist Big Greg at Algood Ink was just perfect! We instantly bonded and he was able to explain my tattoo back to me like I was never able to. I had this idea in my head for almost 2 years and was just waiting for the right artist. I can’t stress how glad I am that I did that. I sometimes cant believe I have this on my arm! I know it’s not the most detailed tattoo compared to his other work but it’s more than I could have ever asked for and that is PRICELESS! So for anyone that is looking for new ink, remember how important that connection can be. Even though it may take a while, the bond between you and the artist is worth more than the tattoo itself sometimes.
The Glo interactive nightlight has removable illuminated Glo balls that fade to dark after 30 minutes. They have nothing electronic in them so they don’t get warm and they won’t break.
This is my sixth tattoo. Portrays the fragility of life and death and how we are all running against time. And rabbits are kick ass.
